About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue & Partnerships Officer (CRPO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading an integrated revenue strategy that diversifies funding sources, with a strong focus on driving unrestricted funding through philanthropic development and innovative financing. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic partner to the President and CEO, working closely with the executive team and the Board of Directors. The CRPO will be responsible for three main areas: the Individual Giving Unit, emerging impact and capital investment work, and corporate partnerships. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in revenue generation, business development, and strategic partnerships, and the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Candidates for the CRPO position at the company should have a minimum of a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and a background that includes significant senior leadership in revenue generation, business development, and strategic partnerships.
