Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2367.71/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide critical care services in the Emergency Room. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival. Administer medications and monitor responses in accordance with physician orders. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing advanced life support as needed. Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions. Qualifications: Valid California RN license with active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system proficiency. Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and nights. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
