Production Technician

PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Technician to join a team at a brand-new, manufacturing facility in Bend, Oregon. In this role you will handle the assembly and testing of cutting-edge fuel cell modules.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an innovative engineering team, supporting system troubleshooting, process improvements, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Details

Location: Bend, Oregon (100% On-Site)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies for advanced fuel cell systems.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including assembly carts, and pallet jacks.
Precisely follow electronic and written work instructions.

Assist with parts inspection using specialized inspection equipment.
Maintain tool calibration and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Interface with document control and ERP systems.
Collect production data, organize files, and maintain accurate production records.

Requirements & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
High school diploma required.
Proficient mechanical skills, computer literacy, and strong mathematical literacy.
Experience interfacing with ERP and data collection systems.
Strong attention to detail, excellent oral communication, and a highly collaborative team mindset.
