Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and other retail software. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in visual merchandising and store layout design. Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention techniques. Experience with sales forecasting and budget management. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
