Practice Environment
- Surgeon-centric model with full administrative and clinical support
- Support staff handles lead generation, marketing, consultations, scheduling, payments, and patient coordination
- High patient volume with no requirement to build or maintain your own schedule
- Dedicated anesthesia team with CRNAs exclusive to the practice
- Efficient layout with pre-op, post-op, and operating rooms in close proximity

Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic surgical procedures
- Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with anesthesia team and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow
- Utilize streamlined facilities designed to minimize downtime between cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
- Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements
Education & Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery or relevant surgical specialty
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness and ability to apply)
- Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures preferred
