About the Position

Job Title: Rad Tech Profession: Radiology Technician Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Interventional Radiology experience. Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred. Description: Monday-Friday rotational 8-hour shifts. Typical shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or until cases are completed on call days. Unit staffing includes available technologists. Procedures on the unit involve moderate sedation in all Imaging departments, including CT, MRI, US, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology. The documentation system used is Meditech. Routine scheduling requires weekday daytime shifts and rotational call on weekdays and weekends. Technologists may rotate to all departments within Imaging.
