Schedule & Hours

• Contract assignment, weekday hours
• Orientation dates available throughout the year

• Valid, current license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic and neuro therapy preferred
• Familiarity with acute care hospital protocols and interdisciplinary healthcare delivery
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered outcomes
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate integrated care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and modify therapy plans according to patient needs
• Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, equipment, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and quality standards
• Support hospital initiatives focused on enhancing the patient experience and delivering world-class clinical outcomes
