At UCLA Health's Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Program, part of our renowned Neuropsychiatric Hospital, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. We're seeking a part-time licensed therapist who is compassionate, self-directed, and deeply passionate about supporting adults with OCD and related disorders. In this role, you'll serve as a primary therapist, applying your clinical expertise and sound judgement in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You'll play a key role in treatment planning, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide direct therapeutic support to patients on their journey toward recovery. - LMFT, LCSW, or PhD with current CA license - Required
- Prior experience with both OCD / mental health treatment - Required
- Knowledge of CAMFT and APA ethics and scope of practice
- Knowledge of the goals & interventions of intensive outpatient, day treatment, partial hospitalization, and inpatient programs
- Knowledge of relevant psychiatric diagnoses, including presenting symptoms and typical treatment approaches
- Knowledge of psychosocial factors in the etiology & treatment of mental illness
- Ability to complete psychosocial assessments effectively & efficiently
