We are seeking a strategic and experiencedRevenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of healthcare financial operations and a commitment to improving cash flow, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. This individual should live in the Southwest Arkansas area and be willing to drive to client locations throughout the region during the week. Lead and manage the full revenue cycle process: intake, authorizations, coding, billing, and collections. Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations. Monitor KPIs and generate reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with organizational goals. Mentor and develop revenue cycle staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Manage vendor relationships and oversee audits and claims resolution. Maximize cash collections through proactive accounts receivable management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Strong knowledge of billing systems, coding standards (CPT, HCPCS), and compliance regulations. Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and project management. Certifications such as HFMA’s CHFP, CRCE, or equivalent are a plus. Experience with hospital registration/billing systems. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
