Software Engineer

Software EngineerHuntsville, ALLogic is seeking a Software Engineer to support a mission-focused effort in the Huntsville area. This role will play a key part in supporting missile defense efforts and may be filled at different experience levels depending on qualifications.The role is responsible for designing and developing real-time embedded software applications, integrating and testing software with complex hardware systems, and supporting the delivery of mission-critical capabilities in an Agile development environment.Required QualificationsMust possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM fieldExperience developing real-time embedded software in C++Experience with hardware/software integrationExperience developing software in a RHEL/Linux environmentFamiliarity with Atlassian tools and Agile software development practicesAbility and willingness to travel 10% to support business needsMust be able to work on-site in an office environment in Huntsville, ALPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related fieldMissile Defense domain knowledgeExperience using LabViewSecurity + CertificationA current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearanceWhy n LogicAt n Logic, we support mission-focused defense and space efforts that have real-world impact.
