Crew Member We are currently looking for committed Crew Members to join our team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are ready to contribute to a dynamic restaurant team, we want you. Responsibilities Prepare products using grill, fryers, toasters, ovens, or broiler. Clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand. Assemble sandwiches in accordance with Hardee’s standards. Thaw, temper, and label products as directed by management. Set and communicate production levels of all products to meet business demand without overproducing. Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior items. Clean, organize, and restock all stations. Clean utensils, equipment, walls and floors. Perform other tasks as directed by management while representing the restaurant professionally. Maintain personal appearance in accordance with company standards and display professionalism at all times. Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members. Skills and Abilities for Success Provide outstanding customer service. Demonstrate a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Have working knowledge of computers. Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
