About the Role & Company Allergic Disease & Asthma Center, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced specialty practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple location in the Greenville County area. We are dedicated to staying at the forefront of advancements in allergy, asthma, and immunology to provide the best care possible. Key Responsibilities Perform patient triage and clinical assessment Administer injections and perform venipuncture procedures Provide comprehensive patient education and support Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical team members Support clinical workflow optimization across practice locations Participate in ongoing professional development activities Adapt to varying work locations as needed within Greenville County Required Qualifications Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment Demonstrated experience in clinical procedures including venipuncture and injections Strong triage assessment skills Proven record of reliable attendance and punctuality Essential Skills & Attributes Exceptional patient education and communication abilities Critical thinking skills with ability to make sound, independent clinical decisions Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills High efficiency, organizational skills, and attention to detail Confidence in clinical abilities and sound professional judgment Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in fast-paced environments Schedule Monday — Thursday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM —1:00 PM No nights or weekends required Work Environment Fast-paced specialty practice setting Multiple location coverage may be required within Greenville County Dynamic team environment requiring flexibility and adaptability Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to perform clinical procedures requiring manual dexterity Physical ability to assist patients as needed Benefits Package Competitive hourly salary ($16 — $18/hour) 401(k) retirement plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid vacation time and paid holidays Employee assistance program Continuing education credits Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In Person — Greenville County Area Allergic Disease & Asthma Center, P.A. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
