Haven Hospice Palatka

Position Summary: To provide intermittent companionship and emotional support to patients and their caregivers facing terminal illnesses and death.

Provides respite care by staying with the patient up to 2 hours while caregiver runs errands.
Provides companionship to patient when caregiver is home by engaging in conversation, watching TV, sharing stories, etc.
Maintains strict patient/caregiver confidentiality.
Must be reliable.
