Senior Scrum Master
Location: Parsippany, NJ Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple high-visibility technology initiatives. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. We are looking for someone who can step into an environment where processes are still evolving, establish structure, drive accountability, and help teams adopt Agile best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying blockers before they become issues, escalating risks early, and pushing teams toward successful delivery. You must be able to coach and educate teams on Agile principles while also executing the day-to-day responsibilities of a Scrum Master.
