PRE-SERVICES SPECIALIST

Patient AdvocateThis position serves as the patient advocate, providing a message of compassion and fulfilling the mission of Pella Regional Health Center; communicating, educating and defining the cost and payment process to benefit those who depend on us now and in the future.Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:Critical thinking skills required to effectively perform the duties as outlined in this job description.
