Auto Biller / Assistant Bookkeeper
Lucas Ford, located at 3245 Hortons Lane, Southold, is seeking to hire an Auto Biller / Assistant Bookkeeper. You will also be required to fill in to assist in Bookkeeping on an as-needed basis.
Experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the DMV / Verify System is mandatory
- Processing all NYS and DMV transactions, including In-Transit Plates
- Processing of all Out-of-State DMV work
- Wholesales, including auction transactions
- Resolve all DMV problems, including Lien, title, and lease buyouts
- Data entry
- Stocking in new/used cars in inventory
- Billing, retail, wholesale, and dealer trade deals & swaps
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work well with the office staff
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be attentive to detail
