Residential Learning Coordinator The Residential Learning Coordinator (RLC) is responsible for creating and supporting a combined community of 950 on campus residents as well as supervise/aid in the growth and development of student staff members. The RLC will oversee the daily operations of a residence hall community in conjunction with the Assistant Director for Residential Education and participate in a housing on-call duty rotation. Experience in higher education is preferred. Two years of professional or graduate experience managing college housing or related areas is preferred. Two years of Graduate school experience will count as one-year full time experience.
