Position Overview: Transition Specialist (Full-Time, Hourly – Non-Exempt, Florida Resident) Core Responsibilities Facilitate daily in-person meetings with incoming recruit teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Open and establish new client accounts in accordance with firm procedures Manage and oversee the transfer of client assets between firms with accuracy and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact ("Quarterback") coordinating all transition-related activities across stakeholders Build and maintain productive relationships with branch managers, financial advisors, and all parties involved in the transition process Guide clients through required documentation, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Uphold regulatory and firm compliance standards throughout all phases of each transition Deliver training to new associates and clients on relevant platforms and internal systems What We’re Looking For A road-ready professional eager to embrace an on-the-go lifestyle, with availability to travel approximately 95% of the time Adaptability to work weekends and extended hours, including up to 70–100 hours per week during peak periods A calm, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives under pressure and tight deadlines A natural connector who builds authentic, lasting relationships with colleagues and partners alike.
