In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, build and develop a strong team, manage profitability, and create an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers coming back. What You'll Do

Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse restaurant team
Monitor food costs, inventory, and P&L performance
Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets

What We're Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Proven ability to lead and develop restaurant teams
Experience with P&L management and operational metrics
Passion for hospitality and delivering guest-first service
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
