Credentialing Specialist (TEMP)

A Lafayette company is seeking Credentialing Specialists to join their team on a temporary assignment lasting 6 weeks or longer. This position is responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and organizing credentialing documentation for providers, drivers, and vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify provider, driver, and vehicle credentialing documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Ensure required documentation is complete and current
• Follow established credentialing and compliance procedures
• Communicate with providers and drivers as needed to obtain missing or updated information
• Organize and maintain electronic and/or physical records
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or credentialing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
