As Recruiting Associate your role will be to attract, source and recruit top talent internally. Job Description The primary responsibilities include staffing the office with quality hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs. Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create and implement recruiting strategies. Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels. Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruiting process. Do you qualify? Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills. Must have past experience placing ads, recruiting, conducting face to face interviews, and building a sales team! Assisting, managing, or providing strong administrative support to a sales team. Past sales and/or sales experience, or admin. background in construction or trades is highly desired, but not necessary. Must be energetic, social and have great people skills. Must be a Fire Starter with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others. After 90-Day review, eligible for bonuses and/or raise based on the performance of the salespeople your recruit, and help retain.
