This is the "subject matter expert" and employees at this level have specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in their own discipline/function and understand the interrelationships of different disciplines. Employees at this level interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions/best practices, new methods, procedures, etc. Problems faced are complex, and employees at this level take a broad perspective to identify solutions. Guidance is provided in only the most complex situations Typically requires a Bachelor's and 8 years of related experience. Not all functions/areas will have this level role, and progression is typically restricted on the basis of business requirement.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$117,600-$176,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
