Position Summary:

We are growing! Successful Pediatric and Orthodontic Practice Seeking its Next Amazing Orthodontist!

Carolina Orthodontics and Children's Dentistry is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for our new Fayetteville location!

• Associate position leading to partnership that comes with a large cash bonus paid out on office performance
• Up to $500k in profit sharing possible in the first year
• Built-in referral network from multiple, LOCAL offices within our group
• An in-House Pediatric Dentist
• 30 minutes from Pinehurst/South Pines
• 2-4 days/week

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and parents
• Dedication to providing consistent, quality dental care
• Commitment to Continued Dental Education
• Desire to expand business knowledge
• DDS or DMD from accredited school
• Graduated from an Accredited Orthodontics Residency Program
