Be a Part of the Journey From the Beginning Good Earth Markets is preparing to open our newest location in St. George in late 2026 and we're looking for the right Store Manager now. Rather than stepping into an already established operation, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside company leadership throughout the planning and preparation process. The selected candidate may begin employment prior to the store opening, helping to recruit and develop the team, prepare operational processes, and play a key role in bringing Good Earth Markets to Southern Utah. Job Purpose The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team development, customer experience, sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This individual will serve as the face of Good Earth Markets in the St. George community while building a high-performance team dedicated to helping customers improve their health and wellness. Key Responsibilities Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing store team Maintain high standards of in merchandising, inventory management, product freshness, and store presentation Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Develop employee schedules and effectively manage labor expenses Foster strong relationships with the local St. George community Partner with company leadership throughout the pre-opening, grand opening, and ongoing operation of the store We are an E-Verify employer Qualifications & Preferred Experience 3-5 years of management experience Experience in hiring and developing employees is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight Passion for customer service and community engagement Interest in healthy living, nutrition, supplements, or wellness is highly valued What We Offer Competitive Salary: $75,000-$90,000/yr DOE Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Matching HSA Program (full-time) Paid Time Off Employee Discount Employee Recognition Program The opportunity to be part of launching a brand-new store A chance to make a lasting impact on the health and wellness of the St. George community Full-time, minimum 50 hours per week (salary), Sunday - Saturday availability Join Us in Bringing Good Earth Markets to St. George! #J-18808-Ljbffr Good Earth Markets
