Project ManagerThe Digital Farming Services seeks a high-performing Project Manager to work within our Partner Solutions Function in Digital Fruit and Services Incubator. The role will focus on planning, implementing, marketing, and evaluating projects which are critical for the success of Hortiview Platform activities. The Project Manager will coordinate and engage in discussions with Internal Specialists, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Solution partners, Senior leaders, and other stakeholders to align project goals, activities, budgets, and outcomes. The Project Manager will oversee all processes required to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined targets, strategies, and goals.Project Mgr Responsibilities:Develop strategies to implement and track project milestones and full project lifecycles.Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of project deliverablesBuild and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for multiple projectsAssess and devise solutions to manage project risks and mitigate obstacles.Monitor and maintain project schedules, documentation and budgets.Organize and/or participate in meetings with stakeholders.Understand, advocate, and execute against business goals, driving projects and OKR delivery.Document action items identified in meetings and follow-through to resolve said action items through direct or delegated tasks.Prepare presentations and other forms of internal communication materials as needed.Communicate project milestones, status, risks, issues, action items and decisionsManage expectations and information flow with stakeholders through timely communications.Influence stakeholders to drive fulfillment of project objectives and deadlines amid changing business priorities.Provide administrative support for projects as needed.Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authorityBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field of study.3+ years industry experience in program/project management, leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Experience with program / project management tools like Plan View or similar.Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office, Suite proficiency in MS Excel.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work within tight deadlines with exceptional time management skills.Bilingual skills written and oral English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications:Superior interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading and influencing stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
