About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy. This executive will be instrumental in driving the organization's mission, culture, and operational excellence by leading the transformation of the People function into a proactive, data-informed strategic partner. The CPO will be responsible for all aspects of human capital strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee and labor relations, compliance, HR technology, workforce analytics, organizational design, and culture. The successful candidate will be a true enterprise leader, capable of building high-performing organizations and creating the necessary infrastructure for sustainable growth. The ideal CPO for the company will be a strategic, relationship-driven, and operationally grounded leader with a deep understanding of the central role that people strategy plays in organizational performance and mission impact. They must be adept at translating vision into execution, building trust across a diverse workforce, and partnering effectively with operational and clinical leaders. This transformational role requires an executive with exceptional business acumen, change leadership expertise, cultural humility, and a strong appreciation for the communities, values, and workforce of the region. The CPO will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, operations, clinical teams, and the Board to ensure that the organization's people are positioned as a key driver of long-term growth and success.
