A-Line Staffing is now hiring a  Pharmacist to support a  home infusion pharmacy environment. In this role, you’ll provide medication therapy management, clinical consultation, and drug information support to healthcare professionals—helping ensure patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.

Location: Columbia, SC 29210 (onsite)
Type: Full-time 40 hrs/week 
Pay Rate: $58.06/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM +  on-call rotation required
Work Setting: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide drug information to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers, including guidance on interactions, contraindications, and therapy appropriateness
• Support clinical and wellness services (as applicable), such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management
• Help maintain compliant medication storage and inventory processes
• Support pharmacy workflow efficiency and contribute to improved patient experience
• Collaborate with third parties (e.g., payers/insurance, audits) to ensure best practices and compliance
• Build strong working relationships with local healthcare partners and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with team development and customer service best practices across support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license (PharmD) in South Carolina , in good standing
• Able to work 100% onsite (no remote work available)
• Available for  M–F schedule with required  on-call rotation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration/teamwork, and digital literacy skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in  home infusion or  hospital setting
• Familiarity with  Epic
