Position Overview We are seeking an Order Entry Representative to join our team in Wheeling, IL. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing customer service or sales support who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and working cross‑functionally with operations and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts with a focus on increasing satisfaction, sales, and gross margin Process quotes, orders, and follow‑ups, while providing delivery updates Handle customer issues including credits, debits, and returns (RMA) Communicate customer needs to Operations and Engineering teams Monitor and manage pricing and inventory agreements Maintain accurate documentation to ensure continuity of service Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Handle a high volume of orders (50–75 complex orders with multiple line items) Support both domestic and international clients within the Power Transmission team Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves) 2+ years of experience in order entry, sales support, or customer service Experience with order entry and ERP systems Strong product knowledge background Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience with pricing and inventory management Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
