Since 2006, Dependable Nursing has been committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in both home and school settings across San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. We specialize in pediatric care and are proud to support hundreds of local families with our team of dedicated professionals.

We’re currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in the home and school environment. If you’re looking for meaningful work with flexible hours and a supportive team, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (if LVN)
  • Perform treatments, services, and diagnostic procedures as directed
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, symptoms, or reactions
  • Deliver preventative, rehabilitative, or palliative care in accordance with the care plan
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with family and care team
  • Continue professional development through in-services and job-based learning

Available Shifts

  • Flexible 3 to 4 shift per week - 8hr to 10hr shifts
Requirements:
  • Active California RN or LVN license — New grads welcome!
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current Car Insurance
  • Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
  • Pay depends on experience
