Traveler Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Colorado or eligibility through compact licensure

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

  • Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care

Traveler Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence

  • Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and medical teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes

  • Follow all state and federal regulations governing therapy services

  • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards

  • Travel between assigned facilities throughout Southern Colorado as needed
