You are in a hands-on premium residential/estate landscape sales / design-build role:

· Degree in Landscape Design, horticulture or related field;

· Sales experience and track record in premium residential/estate markets

· Design and construction skills (e.g., AutoCAD), proficiency with Aspire or CRM equivalent

· Base salary $65,000–$85,000 + bonus based on company growth

As the company sales and installation project associate , you will be accountable to grow the project pipeline, and part of project management to client sign-off:

· Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction

· Estate-level design and execution —hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage—oversee schedules and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility

· Refining systems and processes in estimating, job costing, and KPI’s utilizing Aspire
