About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and physician compensation functions across the organization and its affiliated entities. This strategic role involves directing capital structure strategy, developing financial models for various business opportunities, and ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. The successful candidate will also be involved in executive leadership, budgeting, and financial planning, and will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to contribute to the overall organizational strategy. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare finance and accounting, particularly in a medical group practice setting, is required. The role demands a professional with a thorough knowledge of accounting and financial software, management systems, and payroll procedures, as well as experience with S Corp and LLC accounting and tax rules. Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, be adept at financial data interpretation, and possess excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders. Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
