Job Overview You will work side by side with an experienced executive chef in our commissary kitchen and contribute to high‑quality food service for a fast‑paced environment. What you'll be doing Cleaning and preparing meats and vegetables Stewarding and expediting product out of the door Maintaining clear communication with the executive chef and city manager at all times Keeping station and work areas clean at all times Taking ownership of whatever task is at hand Qualifications Prior experience in kitchen roles such as line cook, prep, or dishwasher Experience with catering and event servicing Working knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment Proficiency with Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office ServSafe Food Handler certification Physical requirements This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
