We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pediatric Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing fun team. This position requires strong administrative skills, detailed-oriented, a team player , and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. **Compensation:

• $25-29/hour
• 8-hour workday

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently to optimize clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health information management protocols.
• Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks, and create treatment plans for patients.
• Treatment planning.

Requirements

• Proficiency in office management practices and health information management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
