Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoUtilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience with Root Cause Corrective Action processesExperience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawingsU.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We PreferExisting DoD Secret ClearanceExperience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management SystemProven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsHigh computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and deliveryThe salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
