Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example by following ALL policies and procedures-every day, every shift, all the time. You must expect and enforce the same from your employees and coworkers. Further responsibilities: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash Control, Food Management, Work to a Schedule, Great Customer Service, Store Cleanliness, Marketing and Profitability
