Responsibilities Welcome Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm; recommend food, beverages, and games; drive sales through suggestive selling. Take orders accurately and quickly; keep bay areas clean, refilled, and organized. Maintain a strong team presence; collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver excellent player experience. Qualifications Positive attitude; grumpy demeanor not accepted. One‑team mentality; teamwork essential. Player focus; obsess over satisfying players. Ability to remain calm in busy environments. Experience serving food & beverages – prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.
