Key Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Development: Proactively create a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry connections.
• Lead Executive Discovery: Conduct high-level consultative conversations with C-suite leaders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Founders) to uncover business, talent, and compensation challenges.
• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage every stage of the sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, executive presentations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
• Position Strategic Solutions: Connect the company's SaaS technology and advisory solutions directly to executive priorities and organizational growth goals.
• Maintain Pipeline & CRM: Keep clean, accurate pipeline records while collaborating with internal leaders, consultants, and client success teams to close complex deals.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of proactive prospecting and generating new business (hunter mindset).
• Full cycle sales experience managing deals from initial outreach through closing.
• Executive presence with the ability to confidently present to and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience selling complex solutions involving multiple decision-makers and long-term strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management habits.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Prior background selling enterprise software (SaaS), executive consulting, HR technology, or strategic business services.
• Experience navigating complex corporate structures and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Strong business acumen regarding organizational growth, compensation structures, or talent retention.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $160,000 - $195,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
