Job Full Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and work areas
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Document completed work and report issues promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive movements
- Good hand-eye coordination
