Registered Nurse (RN) - Glenridge, 36 hours/week, days

Job Summary:Glenridge Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide direct care to individuals living with memory loss in a supportive, resident-centered environment. We go beyond medicine to build meaningful relationships while delivering care that aligns with professional nursing standards and the unique needs of each resident.

Job Description:

Role: RN

Location: Glenridge, Augusta
Schedule: Part-time (36 hours/week)

Shift: Days (7a - 7p)

$20,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced Nurses!

• Available to RNs or LPNs with at least one year of nursing experience

• Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Not available to current MaineGeneral employees or former employees separated for less than one year

What You'll Do:

• Deliver compassionate patient care, ensuring that every interaction makes a difference in the lives of our residents.

• Provide education, emotional support, and guidance to patients, their families, and caregivers

• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on comprehensive assessment, optimizing outcomes while efficiently utilizing available resources

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referrals, and addressing spiritual/psychosocial support

• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May perform assigned supervisory responsibilities as needed.

• Active State of Maine RN license (or ability to obtain promptly)

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation Information:

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
