Job TitleThis position is responsible for operating stamping presses, pre-setters, and other secondary metal processing equipment.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Maintain a safe and efficient work environmentPerform in process checks on parts and minimize scrapMaintaining area cleanlinessPerform work in line with quality requirements and insure that parts are made to printOperate a forklift for daily operationsData entry on computer systemPerform daily checks on machinesAdditional items as assigned by managerPrincipal Contacts Inside/Outside The CompanyThis position interacts with other manufacturing personnel, project managers, and area supervisor.Competency Or Position RequirementsRequirements include:Knowledge of ability to operate various stamping presses and secondary equipmentHave basic knowledge of blueprint readingAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to be detail orientedAbility to be reliable and trustworthyAbility to work well in a team environmentAll Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor's core values of being:Customer-FocusedPassionate about WorkSolution-OrientedDriven by IntegrityEducation And/Or ExperienceRequirements include:High School graduate or GED1 year of experience operating stamping presses and secondary equipment
