Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive member experience. Duties Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome Answer all incoming phone calls Take reservations for dining and club events Manage waitlists and ensure efficient seating arrangements Take To Go orders Provide guests with information about the location of events and services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and lobby Handle member inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner Collaborate with the management team to improve member satisfaction Monitor and service the Ladies' Lounge Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of proper phone etiquette Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 per hour plus gratuity Expected hours: 20-30 per week Shift: Evening shift Weekends Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr COUNTRY CLUB OF LOUISIANA 401K
