Front Desk Receptionist

Lorien Bel Air is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our welcoming and fast-paced healthcare team. If you enjoy meaningful work, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love being the friendly first point of contact, we want to hear from you!

At Lorien Health Services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive, team-oriented workplace. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Part-Time Hours

10:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Every other weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)

$15.00 per hour

Paid Time Off 40 hours (accrual-based)

7 Major Holidays Double-time pay if you work the holiday

Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. (Duties include)

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
Maintain front desk coverage and monitor visitor access
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and leadership teams
Support a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior receptionist, customer service, or healthcare front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
