Assists staff in using electronic quality management tools to evaluate treatment plans and ensure quality outcomes. + Uses chart audit reports to monitor adherence to documentation guidelines and assists staff in achieving documentation goals. **Education:** - Associate's of Nursing [Required] **Work Experience:** - 1+ year acute care experience - 2+ years acute care experience - Previous Charge RN/Leadership experience **Licenses and Certifications:** - Registered Nurse (RN) - BLS **Pay Range:** $32.48 - $56.84 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening** , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
