We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Extraction Technicians to assist with the production of high-quality botanical ingredients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or food production experience who are looking to build a long-term career. Training is available for the right candidates. Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130 Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Limited Overtime Available Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (+$1.00/hour upon permanent hire) Duties Assist in all aspects of the botanical extraction process. Set up, operate, and monitor extraction and processing equipment. Clean equipment between production runs and maintain a sanitary work environment (approximately 70% of the role involves cleaning and sanitation). Collect in-process samples and accurately record production data. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and all safety guidelines. Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions. Maintain inventory control standards and properly store supplies and equipment. Dispose of waste according to company and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred; food-grade or cGMP experience is a plus. Botanical extraction experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and push up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
