Description:
Responsible for reconciling Lodge banks from each service area and such front desk duties as check-ins, checkouts, reservations information and switchboard operation, that might occur during the shift and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree; three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
Must have experience/knowledge of working Front Desk. Must have good math and communication skills, have customer service skills, and must be able to work independently and/or with others when needed.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
