Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
• Minimum of 1-2 years current CVOR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical protocols and sterile technique
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and anesthesia providers for optimal patient care
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; provide detailed documentation
• Uphold safety and infection control standards throughout all perioperative phases
