This role leads an HR Business team and translates business priorities, workforce data, and HR best practices into practical people strategies. Key Responsibilities* Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, retention, performance management, and organizational change* Lead, develop, and manage the HR Business team* Analyze people metrics and trends to guide decisions and improve workforce stability* Coach leaders, support succession planning, and help resolve complex employee and organizational matters* Partner with HR Centers of Practice to implement programs, services, and strategic initiatives* Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HR policies and requirement# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:6-9 yearsBachelor's Degree# **Job Details**Full TimeDay (United States of America)
