✅ Assist with production, material handling, and facility support tasks

✅ Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility

✅ Support machine operators and production teams to meet daily goals

✅ Inspect materials and products for quality and report concerns

✅ Package, stack, sort, and prepare materials for shipment or production

✅ Perform general housekeeping and equipment cleaning duties

✅ Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

✅ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations

✅ Participate in training programs and learn new skills

✅ Support additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✔ Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Commitment to workplace safety

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

✔ Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift

✔ Flexibility to work overtime when needed

⭐ Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, farming, or general labor experience

⭐ Experience using hand tools or power tools

⭐ Forklift experience

⭐ Material handling experience

⭐ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

⭐ High School Diploma or GED
