Occupational Therapist

Performs evaluations and re-evaluations on patients to establish plan of care and goals. Performs patient treatment per Occupational Therapy procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, ADL training and other accepted methods. Communicates pertinent information, verbally or written, to physician, other staff members and patients/caregivers. Supervises and directs Home Health Aide's care in relationship to the patient's rehab program. Demonstrates active participation in home care department functions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

2. Current license as an Occupational Therapist.

One (1) year recent clinical experience. Home Care experience preferred.4. Current BLS certification.

5. Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.67 to $51.67. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
